The minimum age to rent or operate a jet ski is 17 years old.
Passengers are required to wear life jackets at all times — no exceptions.
Crossing swim zones or restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
Customers are liable for any damage to watercraft caused by misuse or negligence.
Only original spare parts may be used for any required repairs.
Renters assume full responsibility for their actions during the rental period.
The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
The use of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden before or during any activity.
A valid Emirates ID or passport must be presented before participating.
Providing false or incomplete medical information voids all insurance coverage.
Customer Cancellation
If a customer cancels after booking is confirmed, 20% of the total amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
Admin Cancellation
If the cancellation is initiated by the company/admin, the full amount will be refunded with no deductions.
MANSOORSKI shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from misuse, unsafe conduct, or violation of any of the above terms.
